Cogan Custom Homes belongs to both New Zealand Certified Builders and Registered Master Builders, and each association runs its own ten-year residential guarantee — Halo through Certified Builders, the Master Build Guarantee through Master Builders. Your build is covered by one of them, confirmed in writing before work starts.
